These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this website operated by Kim Lisanne Migliore, Zwiegartenstrasse 4, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland (hereinafter “I”, “me”, or “the artist”).
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Artwork

All artworks and products are created by me, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that colors and textures may appear slightly different on screen compared to the original artwork. Each piece is unique, and small variations are part of the artistic process.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is binding.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed via the Squarespace platform.
Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, or other options shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before items are shipped.

If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Artworks are shipped from Switzerland.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

I take care to package each artwork safely, but cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique and handmade nature of my artworks, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@kimmigliore.com with photos and details.

Each situation will be handled with care to find a fair solution.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

All artworks, images, and content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Kim Lisanne Migliore.
No image, artwork, or text may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Liability

I am not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or third-party claims related to the use of this website or purchased items, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intent.
Use of the website and purchased artworks is at your own risk.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws specify otherwise.
